FCRASA day 13

Toekomst is a tented camp and we had to help ourselves to what was available in the fridge for supper. Breakfast was cereal and coffee. We boiled eggs for the road. 

It was not too cold when we got going. Out of Toekomst right up to Bucklands we were directed via district road. Generally the condition of the roads were good, but we encoutered lost of corregations. On a bike it feel as though you are just going up and down and not moving forward when you hit the corrections. It also create major problems with you bum!

We pulled into Bucklands at 13:10 snd left at 13:40. We were taken to the farm Trentyre via some farm roads, which resulted in only being able yo maintain a fairly slow pace. Once we joined the district road, the pace picked. That was until we hit the streach from Hotentotspoort to Hadlee. This was very undulated with every downhill followed by a very steep unhill! It really was hard work. We pulled into Hadley at 17:50 after another 140 km day
